Don't know shit about metal. But the style looks very similar to revoltech joints.

Also ceck out Model Support Goods. They have some small joints that also might work as replacements.

Thanks homies. I was thinking about revoltech joints also, but I've never been a fan of ratchets, especially on smaller figures.

Also, metal on metal is shit. Any sort of tension should be provided by plastic or ideally nylon. Metal on metal is only used purely for constrained motion, see linear guide blocks.
