You mean for Hulkbuster? No, the TRU actually reordered/just ordered (they barely got it in, when it released from what I could tell) the original wave, with Vision and the gold and black Iron Man.
Hell, there's a Walmart near me that has an entire like, 3/4s of an aisle devoted to the wave, but it only happened months after it came out.

Rhino and odin/thor waves. I frequently check despite knowing that im probably the only person in town that collects ML and the only wave getting stocked and restocked is odin so every hunt is a let down. Anybody have this? There's one at a store near me for $50 due to heavy damage on the box. The figure and everything else are in good shape.
I don't have a Spider-Man, and this costume is passable. The only thing keeping me from buying it is the red they used--it's metallic and a little thin looking. Also, I've no idea how delicate these are.

The magnetic feet look cool, though.

Its effectively the best spider-man figure right now.. People complain about joint looseness, but the DX set version seen there is free from those issues. My only real issue with it is the limited shoulder articulation.

I went to a Walmart, because I know they still have the Allfather and Thanos waves, to get an Iron Fist so I'd have some extra hands for the next version of that character, and it appears others had the same idea. Every other figure but Iron Fist was in stock.

Canada:

Mostly Green Goblin and Allfather shelfwarmers (some recent restocks of green goblin though). Recently got in some misty/white tigers and the occasional red onslaught leftover.

Given up hope on Pizza Spidey, Bulldozer.
Soon will give up on Dirk Anger and Iceman when the stores either skip ahead to Dormammu wave for the movie, or go back to restocking Misty/White Tigers.

I'm so used to stupidly complex movie costumes I appreciated the ASM2's basic adaptation. Yeah its a bit shiny, but it just feels like a Bryan Hitch or Steve McNiven take on the costume. And articulation is the most important part of a Spidey figure.

I still have the old Toybiz and did have all the versions the Hasbro (Red, X-Men, X-Force) but I've sold off some of those.

As far as the figure goes, I like it a lot. It's go a great range of motion, the body doesn't lok as gangly and awkward as Hasbro's first tries. The Toybiz one has it's issues (mostly the huge shoulders) but I still love it for the sheer amount of articulation it has.

Is it worth paying that much for it? No, not at all. This wave is getting a huge release with Walgreens, Target, Walmart, TRU, etc all stocking full cases. Just be patient and you'll be able to nab the figure at retail.

the aou cap comes off from the head while the civil war cap swaps from the whole neck piece so no you cant do a straight swap. As far as somebody with good customizing skills taking pieces apart and whatnot, maybe, but ive yet to see it.

Did some slight modifications to Deadpool. Started off by gluing his sword sheath's together. This is a lot cooler than the vaguely straight look of the sheath's before and gives the shoulder straps the added benefit of fitting a lot tighter.

Secondly, I did a light drybrush over all of the brown straps. My potato-cam doesn't do it justice. Will have proper photos later. I plan on painting the deagles and swords in a nice silver next. Maybe I'll try painting the buttons and buckles as well.

The sword sheaths are just glued parallel to each other (but not really, because they're crooked) onto the the shoulder straps. The straps themselves just loop over the arms. Gluing the sheaths in an X makes the lower cross strap on the back of the shoulder straps bend in at a slight curve. Nothing damaging or noticeable though.

Did a bit more painting today. Did all of the buttons, most of the buckles (still undecided about the buckles on the wrist guards) painted all of the weapons silver, and added some weathering to shin guards. Looking pretty awesome right now. The paints drying overnight, I'll have pics tomorrow.

No, it happened. We really got 18 cases in. I had them scanned into the back, but my store manager put them in a bin and they were immediately picked though. A shit ton of those Cyclops figs sat on our shelves for over a year before we clearanced them out.

Pic related is one of three Jubilee's that I sold off. Really regret that, but I have hope that a proper Jim Lee Jubes will appear down the line.

This whole wave was the most retarded thing Hasbro has done. Stryfe, Cyclops and Wolverine(with no BAF parts) were 2 per case. Storm(with the biggest BAF part) and magneto 1 per case. Why? I don't get it. Stryfe? Fucking Stryfe is 2 per case?

Hasbro will sit and go "we did a jubilee" and not admit their utter mistake of doing her as an exclusive wave BAF that wasn't even split up right. I want to see them do another jubilee just to see them be self aware of their error.

I'm using Testor enamel silver for the buttons/weapons, which is a big no-no because it supposedly doesn't dry fully on some plastics, but so far it's fine. I might seal it with a clear matte top coat. For the brown straps, I'm using cheap acrylic craft paint, which is working great so far.

Picked up Spider-Man 2099 and Daredevil. Would only need Pizza Spidey (skipped because I bought the ASM2 one and now I can't find pizza one at all) and Ultimate Spider-Woman to complete the Hobgoblin BAF; although part of me says it's better to just track down Superior Venom and Misty to finish Rhino.

Since Hasbro isn't doing running changes anymore I was assuming he just meant for the figures that share a box to be like the current figures that share a label but are still featured in every assortment.

Like how Spider-Gwen and Ben Reilly Spidey were both labeled Edge of Spider-Verse in the Absorbing Man wave but weren't a running change

That said, that brings the wave to 9 figures plus a BAF so that's unlikely.

Was lucky enough to find a Deadpool. Unfortunately when I took a good look at him I realized he had a QC issue with his head. Some sort of small damage to the top of his head that kind of looks like it was punctured. So I guess I'll just keep him in box and if I can find a better one later I'll just return the damaged one.

Well, it's basically the exact same concept, just modernized and done nicer. Those things you see on Robot Chicken are old toys known as MEGOs. They're the same basic idea as Mezco's One:12 collective--fabric clothing over a jointed plastic body with a sculpted head and boots/gloves.

It's a really great pseudo statue if you ask me. It comes with a pretty nice base, and honestly I think it was designed with a single pose in mind, despite having limited articulation.
Also it has some nice heft to it, can't believe how cheap it was sold for on release.

A friend that works at TRU hooked me up with a Rogue and Kitty Pride today. She had the pick of the litter with Wolverine and Cable.

I'm oddly enough really liking Kitty Pride more than I should be. I was just going to toss her off and mainly bought her for the Onslaught head but she's surprisingly fun.

Rogue is great aside from her derp right eye which is common on most female Marvel figures.

Alright, back with more pictures.

This figure is so good. One of his thigh joints was kind of stuck and I was worried about breaking it, but it eventually got unstuck. My other complaints would be that one of his hand joints and one of the tentacles are pretty loose. And I wish his head had more rotation.

I can post more pictures in comparison to other figures later, but he's such a good figure. Other than the small things, he's basically perfect. I know there's the size thing, but because of his great leg articulation, I can get him in a lot of crouching poses.

You can't make too much use out of the straight tentacles IMO.
