If he joins, I think pretty high on Jinbe. Even then, its not as if we're limited to just Straw Hats, looking at Acr, Sabo, Law, Hancock, and Mihawk. Plus Lucci and Whitebeard in the future.

Not necessarily, you can see little hinges/inserts for articulation very subtly in the photo where she's facing the rear as well as in prototype photos.

If I were designing these, I'd skip neck articulation on Jinbei and just give him a few sets of swappable (or poseable) eyeballs. This will allow him to appear as if he's directing his attention in a direction without actually moving his head.

Well for one it should have waist articulation (which is good enough for the Talon) and in Jinbei's case, it'd be neat if he came with moveable/swappable eyes.
