I don't know if you can get a refund or not, but that should be your best option of updating anything. That said, you could be patient as these items are still a KS based project and you've already spent the money and these things will come eventually.

As they pointed out in that ACBA Interview they did at Powercon, every other toy Kickstarter pretty much had the same problem happen. Hell, the 4H had it happen twice, the first time the figures were nearly a year late, but the recent one the figures were only off by a couple of months.
It's not something they do to maliciously trick people into buying their figures, it's when they generally think they can actually get these figures out. But SOOOO many things can pop up out of no where and screw over a delivery estimate. Especially for first time toy making companies.
As for figures I've gotten through KS so far, I've backed the Gothtropolis Birds, the Marauder Taskforce figures, the October Toys Skeleton Warriors and the Mythic Legions line. All of em were fantastic figures and well worth the wait...as each of them arrived late by varying amounts of months.
Currently I'm waiting for the AI Ninjas, the MTF Valkyries and the 1/6th Raptors (who aren't gonna show up for a LOOOOONG time). I'm also looking forward to Mythic Legions Wave 2 (already want half of the figures shown) and the second attempt at Cryptid Toy's Army Alphas.
