Any good custom plushie makers?

I'm looking for a good custom plush maker for a while now.

I'm looking to have a life-size vaporeon plush done, similar to this one. http://pkmncollectors.livejournal.com/17727345.html
I have a hard time searching for one, since so many have their commissions cosed, or the entire shop.

Anyone on here that could help me out?

what's your budget? (and don't say know budget, because everyone has a max price point they want to pay)

I feel like it would be around 400-500 $
I have no idea if this is acceptable for a life-size plushie. If not, I'd go down in plushie size to fit my budget.

Could be more if the artists accepts monthly payment, but that would be basically it, I guess.

As an amateur plushie maker $4-500 sounds just fine (maybe even too much but I can't sell my stuff for a lot atm since I'm not that great).
