What's out there for accurate or moderately accurate toys of ancient animals post-Cretaceous? Bonus points if they have articulation.

Did they run out of time on designing the set and had to cut corners with Zabu? How did they think that was perfectly fine?

I mean obviously the laser cannons are not accurate but I remember these toys were considered accurate enough to later get reissued as a Smithsonian line.
