Due to using the POC decals, most of them don't really have anywhere to go and the instructions just don't care. The driver is 5 POA. $15 is about the upper limit I'd want to pay for this thing. It really does feel like "toy for children" even compared to the 83 original.
I wish I could find the black POC tank but the only difference n the box between it and that stupid brown one are the date stamp, which most sellers do not check, and opened copies sellers want a fortune for.
