>>5882453Well, from my cursory handling them so far (just checking their joints/for issues/etc), QC seems better than Wave 1. Joints overall, especially comparing Astrotrain to Sentinel, seem tight enough. No floppy legs ala Skullcruncher legs in my copies of the Wave 2 figures.
My Chromedome has an issue where his flip up chest plate thingy's right peg wants to pop out, but it's not pinned in or anything, it's just held by friction, so it's easy enough to pop back in. It was half popped out in the package, which suggests the body itself might be a little too tight for that peg and forcing it out during transformation.
Highbrow has the same floppy head issue Scourge does, which is totally due to how his head connector is. It's not too big of an issue, but it's still present on Highbrow.
You can tell what they didn't spend on Scourge and Blur on plastic/paint went into this wave, I think. Everyone looks more or less how they should compared to their original toys, and I do own original G1's of Highbrow, Mindwipe, and Chromedome. I had more as a kid, but hey, parents threw all my shit out over my lifetime between several moves.
I'm still poking around the figures, but this is what I've gleaned so far.
