Hold out for another month I'd say.
I managed to snag one at TRU the other day, he's a great figure for the retail price, but not worth more than $30 tops.
Just go to TRU first thing in the morning like once or twice within the week, that's how I got mine.

Went to Walgreen's yesterday. Got lucky and found a Punisher, talked to the Cashier to see if they carried Deadpool and he checked for me in the back, sadly I was out of luck.

Pretty happy on the Punisher find though.

I found these guys on my birthday yesterday in a separate display of summer hit toys at toysrus. It was the entire wave but I cherry picked deadpool and wolverine.
My friend got Phoenix and a spidergwen that was the first figure on a peg and on sale for $15.
Deadpool is way better than I was expecting but I have to complain about wolverine not having a rage face, it makes a lot of his poses really awkward.

Hell, case distribution is pretty much handled in a way that intentionally allows them to succeed.

Hasbro moves their crap and scalpers help feed the image of these being scarce and hard sought after toys.

He's a Fianl Fantasy character?

Someone found a way to make him more Cable-like using MU World War Hulk's armor. Actually makes him presentable as Cable IMO. Still needs pouches though.

Finally found another Deadpool today. I found one right away, but there was some sort of puncture-looking mark on the top of his head so I left him in box, hoping I could find another one. Pretty excited now that I got a proper one. Gonna either return the defect or give it to a friend if he decides it doesn't bother him.
