Maybe store ban, freeze credit card, but.... neckbeards get away with this cause there's little interest to enforce it and you'd need proof they didnt buy it like that. Its really also the dumbest thing ever. Id love to hear some stories of neckbeards being banned from stores or having theft charge, but I bet it doesnt happen.
