I'm checking out RC blogs, I'm checking out ebay auctions, model kits... there's a lot of things that come close, but nothing that's quite right. I see a discontinued 1/12 RC car that's the right vintage and body, but no supercharger or opening doors. I see a model that's got the supercharger, the right body, and opening doors and hood, but it's 1/18.
Even aiming for "close but no cigar", I can't find a black classic muscle car with an interior at 1/12. I know there's that mercedes from earlier, and I know there's a modern Ford GT that comes in a variety of not-very-Ghost-Riderish colors, but for this seemingly simple and iconic design, I find nothing.
