Were they as great as the hefty price would suggest?

I impulse bought Anubis the other day and I can't wait to get him in hand.

Anubis is the weaker design and higher price tag.

Jehuty is awesome , especially when it was on sale.

I'll probably bite the bullet and get Jehuty later, but Anubis was cheaper at the time and I prefer Anubis to Jehuty

both of the build quality is good. It's just that Anubis lacks accessories and will be pretty much on the display stand all the time due to it's armorment.
I got Jehuty first when it was on sale
Then I preordered Anubis at almost full price just to match the pair, was not amazed since most of the gimick was already on Jehuty. If you are getting Anubis first then it might be a different story.

don't remind me, by the time I knew about it, it was already sold out. how can they even sell it at that low of a price, I still have not Anubis going on sale at the other store even close to that price.
