How does Kirin Hobby deal with refunds through Paypal without you telling them about it first?

I preordered something that was supposed to be out this month (according to their ow site), and it's already October. I rather just use the money on something else than have to wait tell God knows when to get my figures.

Hi /toy/. I've never been here before and need opinions.

I need to buy someone a present and I know nothing about Kamen Rider, just that the person I'm buying for is really into it based on his mfc wishlist.
Which one of these characters is coolest/I should buy a figure of:
Kabuto, Drake, Accel, Sesword, Zangetsu, Baron, the bee guy, or the skull fedora dude?
Alternatively, if these all suck, which one would make for the most amusing present?

blacklight test won't prove a thing, more likely to get false positives really. Tons of stuff is flourescent to some degree under a black light, including pretty much every bodily fluid including sweat. What you think might be a sploch of cum undder a blacklight could just be mucus.

as for cleaning, anything that won't harm the figure is good enough. Just simple soap and hot water even is more then enough to clean off any potential hotglue.

Just called Kirin Hobby. The guy said they're still waiting on a shipment due in 1-2 weeks. He couldn't confirm if my figure was a part of that shipment. I asked for a refund instead and he did that just fine.
