Unlike those assembly line issues (2 left hands, missing paint app, etc), you can't simply exchange for a fixed figure since the problems are line-wide until Hasbro gives up the $$$ to rework the mold.
I'm actually wondering what will happen when TF shifts to India completely. They have much better standards of machining so I'm expecting more assembly line issues. Maybe we'll get TF toys with perfect tolerances but with the smell of poop and curry, idk.
