She has no respect for you and will invariably end up one of those jealous ones who expects you to spend all her money on her and spergs out when she realizes she can't dissuade you from your hobby.
The fact remains that it's your money to do with as you see fit, just because she's your girlfriend doesn't mean she suddenly has control over it. If she already doesn't respect that fact, and already doesn't love you enough to learn to live and appreciate your hobby simply because it makes you, as a person she's supposed to love, happy, then there's nowhere your relationship can go but downwards.
