>>5954547Snarl is the one you don't want to take a tumble with all that thin translucent plastic. I'm more scared of storing him properly though. His biggest weakness is the hip ratchets and loose feet balljoints. Second version is apperently a lot better though, but you don't know which one you got. His elbows and hand sliders are also oddly designed for a figure of that scale. They feel rushed and not well thought out. Like the parts count went into the spine and they have to make do with simplifying the arms. The rear legs don't do much at all so there isn't really any other excuse for it.
Sludge really should have the Paddles neck, neck transformation and head size IMO, but that nigga is built like a fucking tank. Everything that is important is on super strong ratchets, and he needs them to stand thanks due how swole the top half is. Use the dino legs as heels when you fold them in to the calves and he won't go anywhere. You can pretty much shake him and nothing will go anywhere. He's my favorite of the crew.
Swoop needed more locking bits, ankle tilts, and wrist swivels to get the most out of him. Wish his wings could do what the game did with them while also beefing up his frame. He's the weakest, but not awful.
Grimlock is king because of his Dino mode. Like his robot mode is fucking great with the proper bulk and weapon sizes that the Generations toy couldn't deliver, but the Dino mode is glorious. By far the best grimlock at a non MP scale. Bar none.
Slag is second best next to Grimlock in the bells and whistles department. Solid looking and functional beast mode, extremely clean robot mode. He does look awkward in some angles from photos, but it isn't bad at all in person. Really wish the rest were made with the same care as him and Grimlock.
Also to note: Paddles is floppy and not well thought out. They really screwed the pooch when Sludge was so damn solid.
Also you'll get a fuckton of weapons. Having all of the regular 5 nets you an arsenal.
