The PR line definitely has more problems than others, yeah, but you have to be wary of reviews and know if a certain figure is more fragile than others before purchasing it. I have Cherno, Ultimate Striker and Scunner and I've had zero issues with all three. I've read reviews saying how all versions of Gipsy Danger have had some issues with their joints breaking, so I have yet to buy one. It's sorta like the old saying "you get what you pay for". Yeah, NECA has obviously hit a bump with some of the figures, but if you purchase it knowing the line is known for having issues, and still play around with it like its stretch Armstrong, then yeah, its obviously gonna fucking break. If I ever buy a Gipsy I'll probably just display him in one pose and not mess around with him a lot.

I don't understand the defense for this. Yeah, it prevents a lot of problems, but evidently not even the company expects people to do this.

To draw a comparison, Transformers lately have had a persisting issue of ball joints having little-to-no friction. We can fix it with Future, but we shouldn't have to, nor should we expect everyone who buys them to know about that issue beforehand. Of course the noteworthy difference here is that floppy joints don't permanently break the toy.

The owner hates NECA and their QC. He only orders a token amount of pacific rim stuff after how badly the first wave figures turned out as far as QC.
