Using this website to find good deals on figures is a fucking travesty. Literally most items have bots watching them to snipe the fuck out of you at the last minute.

I don't see the problem here. The reason people like OP miss out is because they honestly thought they could get away with low balling and are pissed eBay doesn't work that way.

That's not how it works, dingus.

You tell ebay your maximum bid. e.g. $100
If the current bid is only at $6, it will set your bid at $7 (no sense paying $100 if you don't need to).
If someone bids $8, you go up to $9 and so on until it reaches $101.
