Check out the youtube video reviews. It looks cool but I don't like that the app needs to be open on your phone for it to work at all.

I know, I know. I really wanted to get my order in since they were getting restocked this weekend. I watched a vid that showed the face recognition and the games. There was also another that showed the SDK using Python. I guess the latter is what sold it for me. I like the idea of software customization.

Didn't hurt that it's kinda cute. Hopefully I get it by next Saturday.

They were orderable from AMZN and TRU (probably the same source though)

He's really cute and fun to play with.

Only real problem I have with him is that the camera is really picky with light. Hard to get it perfect for him to see everything. Not a deal breaker though.

The mini games are fun! I hope they add more.
And maybe like multiplayer mode for some of them.

But yeah he's worth the cash and super cute. Feels like he's alive.
