Anyway, what the guy probably read is that most prototypes are sculpted are sculpted at 105% of the actual size, to account for the shrink that happens during the molding process.
All toys are made like this and precautions are taken, given the fact of how theyre sculpted.
Or maybe he's just talking about the natural expansion of all things when heated, which again, is a known factor, but has no real effect on the production of a toy.
