>>6069197Still not true, by the way.
The performer's style is intristically embeded in their playing style and how they interpret sheet music in general. They cannot fundementally change how they play a piece without completely changing their playing style, which is highly unlikely to happen due to most performances being sight read.
You really have an IQ of 50 don't you?
>>6069198You're absolutely fucking retarded.
My point is that intent isn't worth jack shit. So what if the original Evangelion concept art was slimmer? So what if you can't reproduce Ferneyhough's string quartets the way he intended in his head? That doesn't mean anything. What matters is that what goes down in the scene or on record looks good.
What, you think Stockhausen chose musicians that he thought could perform perfectly when recording the accompaniment versions of Hymnen? He didn't give a jack shit. Part of the reason people record so many fucking different versions of the same song is that no two musicians can ever truly be alike, unless you're 40 and spent your entire life covering Led Zeppelin or some other shitty dadrock band.
Jesus christ, you know absolutely nothing about art music or design. Fucking pathetic. You're the most embarrassing person I've seen on this board all month.
