>>6070330I think you should go ahead and pre-order Cloud, unlike other PAKs I think he won't be cheaper in the after market because of his popularity as a character and also because he might not be that easy to find later on. Barrett on the other hand has a chance of being cheaper after release because he isn't as popular of a FF character, so you could skip on pre-ordering him I think.
