If the first part of your order is all confirmed and good to go they will send you a notification to make your first payment.
You can do so at the top of your order, there will be a button that will forward you to a page where you can pick your preferred way of paying.
Paypal costs extra.
When your order comes in they will notify you again.
At the top of your order will now be a photo of that order and there will be a button to pay for shipping.
Afterwards your package will be shipped.
Anything else can be seen while clicking around on the website, it's really no rocket science.
Now to the mentioned issues that can arise:
pulling off information from the listing is sometimes wonky.
TBring will show you options that are actually already sold out (grayed out on the TB listing and not clickable) or can't be combined that way anymore (like size X with color Y).
Sometimes the price is wrong or can't be pulled at all, which destroys the estimate at the bottom.
It's important that you always cross check the actual listing, translate with Google Translate and make sure you pick the right stuff.
Sometimes stuff is in-stock when you paid but sold-out when they order it.
In such a case they will notify you and keep the money for the shipping fee later.
Anything on top will be refunded after shipping.
Some listings are actually just pre-orders, and the price shown is only the down payment.
If the price is something like 999 or 9999 (or some other super high bullshit number), that means the listing is actually sold-out and just for looking.
Hm, what else.
There are some goods they won't or can't order for you.
They don't order obvious bootleg stuff (like fake Nike shoes), and some things just can't be shipped (like spray cans).
Some shops refuse to sell to dealers, usually when they have an international shop already where they can rip off dirty foreigners.
