To both those guyz that keep arguring about "who makes this" and what licenses what heres how it actually works:
Toho does in fact license each kaiju individually, which is why companies (in this case, NECA) only usually buy the rights to one monster, the obvious choice being Godzilla.
In some cases, Toho will NOT sell the license, such as

So, with just the Godzilla license, NECA can TECHNICLY make any Goji figure they want, however they have to get it approved by Toho. Which, if youve seen Shin Goji, you would know it takes a fuck ton of time to get anything approved in Japan, and most of it is denied. See: NECAs Ghost Godzilla.
Which leads to my point, even though NECA is allowed to make any form Goji, they still have to get it approved by Toho, who have proven to be very restrictive on what can be made.
So, why would they spend the money to license another Kaiju, when Toho can ultimatly just say "nope"? Its too much of a gamble for them for it to be profitable.
