There's pretty much no dust (I literally can't see any right now) on any of the cameras in there. The lid has a lip that goes down over the edges, so that helps preventing dust getting inside.
I'd say you would be able to fit 6 nendo sized figures though. It might be a little tight, and limit some of the poses.
