>>6105887LG 38: Laserbeak and Apeface
Like other robots from Master, Apeface is a small robot who learned to control a transtector through rigorous training, and through further effort he even learned to triple change. Now that that transtector is gone, however, he has decided that he doesn't want a new one, and instead devotes himself to becoming the best he can be in his base form. He doesn't need a gorilla mode when he can just walk on his knees and go "ook ook", and the ability to fly using feet-jets makes a jet mode unnecessary as well. Most strikingly, Apeface is able to master the telekinesis that other Headmasters only use to combine with their bodies, learning to use it to levitate objects, emit shockwaves and strengthen his body to be stronger than a full-size Transformer.
Like any good Decepticon, Apeface soon decides to use his powers to overthrow Megatron and take over the company. To the surprise of both of them, Laserbeak reveals himself to be present, having been spying on Megatron but now comes to his protection. He is shot down by Apeface, who has invented a cannon mode for himself, but transforms into a vehicle mode and carries Megatron into the city. There, Megatron has an idea: fetching the Galvatron body that he can now control from its chest, he has Laserbeak capture Apeface with his headphone cables and force him into combining with it. Once he's in place as Galvatron's head, Laserbeak short-circuits the body with a blast, knocking Apeface out.
In the aftermath, Apeface is locked up and spends his time continuing his training, looking to achieve new altmodes. When asked what he'll do if Apeface breaks out, Megatron is not worried, since the ever-vigilant Laserbeak will let him know straight away.
