Back in 2012 I put my first ever Glyos order in for the glow armorvor, purple armorvor, grey armorvor, and purple pheyden.
After receiving my package and finding a freebie Glyan Ruger from a past drop, I contacted Matt asking if he had any more glow freebies or armovors on hand that I could buy off of him since I missed out on the recent 2012 Hades/glow black armorvor wave. He said he was out of hades, the black armovor, the first red armorvor, but maybe had some glow. I told him I'd gladly buy whatever glow he had available. He said he'd see what he could do...then radio scilence. I didn't know Matt well so I was afraid that maybe my asking pissed him off. I had no idea what was to come...
A month passes and lo and be-fucking hold a mysterious box shows up on my doorstep.
Inside is almost $200 worth of glow figures and parts all still bagged. Pretty much everything they made in glow was there. Specter pheyden mk2, glow crayboth, glow blasters, axis joints, hub sets, head packs, etc.
I was speechless...
I ended up writing a long thank you letter to Matt and then also ended up meeting him in person via a friend that knows him. I thanked him yet again for his generosity. He was such a great human being. We must've talked for hours and then later on I ended up selling him some Japanese toys. He's so knowledgeable with toys.
So the lesson here is, if you ever need an item, just ask Matt. He may have an extra on hand. He generally keeps a couple extras on hand for quality-control replacements and convention sales.
