>>6126326You know what makes it sadder?
Playmates just recently put out a Voltron set for the new show.
Each lion is articulated(though only ratchet hinges and swivel shoulder/hips)
Each lion collapses mostly into a show-accurate limb.
Each lion has its own weapons(outside of Black) with Red and Green being able to use theirs in Voltron form(Yellow and Blue sadly cannot contribute firepower).
Black can 'roar' as Voltron's face is separate the lower jaw(Though it comes into view if you pull too low on the jaw).
Each lion comes with a small pilot figure in its respective speeder/flier, each able to lock into the lion.
The combined form is wonderfully poseable, though with some caveats(The arm lions displace some of the chest when you raise them, the Voltron head can't look left or right but can look up for flight pose, they didn't make the arm lions able to collapse their heads further so long wrists).
And this is Playmates, who hasn't done a good set of toys since they imported Gridman.
