It still blows my mind and its so much fun.

We always tend to say "well...things noawadays are not the way they used to be" or "Man...nowadays they would never get away with this!".
But nope.
Lego makes a satanic red demons, succubus and a demon with some sort of leather harness.

I so want to build an edgy 80s - Heavy Metal band made with nexo knight devils.
Need more heavy metal-based details, though.
That new Batman-metal minifigure will come handy for this idea.

Nope, no purple for that nose piece. I think you can get the door pieces and most of the black parts (Save the chassis) in Purple though...?

I have few of these "cartoony duplo eyes" blocks. 2x2 and 1.
Back in the 90s in Russia we had mini sets in a Milkiway Chest - it was a "poor kids Lego" because it allowed poor kids to have some klocki while rich kids had stuff like Knights Castle or Technic Trucks for christmas.

I still have most of those. Might use them too for fun.

I appreciate the effort, but I explicitly meant the new Nexo wheels with the stalagtites. Pic related. I expected them to be the same as the ones you pictured but the interior looks different enough that I'm skeptical as to whether or not the new wheels have a larger diameter at the base.

In how many different colours do you own a lego jewel like the one on the end of his staff?

Also, does anyone know how old the mold is? It occurs to me that the piece originates from the nineties, but I could be wrong.

As a kid the rarer ones were more powerful or something. I only had one purple one (from a harry potter set) so that was like the best. I now mainly use them just as jewels or elemental crystals for my wizards.

"Klocki" is how you say "Lego bricks" in one of the former Soviet satellite states. Anon posted some regional catalogs that had the word prominently featured, and it took off from there.

Generally it's portrayed in a black-and-white noir motif with the theme of "not enough klocki" (not enough of the specific Lego pieces I need to build this MOC)

Just curious, but does anyone else "customize" minifigs or repurpose existing minifigs(like from ninjago or nexo) to do oc heroes and villains?
Idk if I'm just the special breed of autist, but I often find myself swapping parts and making up my own people and creating some type of storyline/background details to accompany them.
I currently have 3 different teams of heroes, as well as a few lone drifter types. These guys aren't necessarily a team, just various heroes I've thrown together over time.

Here's a couple of my main bad guys(not pictured here is Antimatter).
I've even made myself some c and b list villains who would pretty much be the equivalent of Marvel guys like Whirlwind, Stilt Man, Grim Reaper etc. Just kinda there to get their asses beat.
Ultra Agents was really useful for bulking up my Hero and Villain armies though. I just kept most of them as is. Fuck I miss that theme..

Still live in a small town - yesterday i literally walking all over it in search of lego.

ALL i found was couple of these Nexo Knights sets.
Every toy store i was entering (and that's 3 of them) had no oficial lego - only shitty chinese knockoffs.

In the last toy store i enterd and asked
- Do you have lego?
A girl answered:
- Yes!

- Y-you mean LEGO-LEGO? Or...alternative lego?
PS:
However im getting a mail package filled with klocki soon - ordered them from Ebay.
Also gonna visit our capital city and hopefully get some of those tasty neat Batman Movie sets!

Lego doesn't glue the pieces together, they weld them using an adhesive that melts the top layer of the ABS plastic and permanently binds the two items together. You're not going to separate the torso from the top part without fucking up both parts.

The shitbox cars fund the performance cars. That's how it's always worked- you don't get the Vipers without the Neons and PT Cruisers to give it funding.

Nobody bought the Viper because the engineers refused to dumb it down by putting a non-manual transmission in and now it's dead too, and until last year FCA also owned Ferrari who was probably complaining about this ridiculous American sports car with a park bench on the back beating their 458s and Ferrari TheFerraris.

I agree the retarded regulations are idiotic and getting worse by the year, though. Let's make backup cameras standard required equipment instead of stepping back and saying hey, maybe we should make the fucking back windows a bit bigger. Let's add 100 types of collision avoidance because our drivers are too busy tapping on the fucking iPad we replaced the air conditioning controls with.

In Russia we have a kids tv-Show named LEGO-GO!
Everybody in my school watched it because it was so fun - it was featuring new sets and kids were having some competitions like Speed-building, Designing and stuff like that.

Do it if you want but there's a lot of large rounded pieces in sand red, dark green, sand green you'll need to replace that I don't believe have substitutes in the Jango colours.

Get it anyway it's a beautiful build and the closest to accurate minifig scale.

I did actually check rebrickable, and almost all of the dark red pieces do exist in dark blue, but some modifications are gonna need to be made to accommodate the unavailable pieces, especially for the top half of the dish. And I know for a fact that the arches above the fins exist in black, so I'm good there.

Either way, worst case scenario I just give up on the Jango palette swap and keep it in Boba's color scheme. It's such a nice ship, I just know I'm gonna kick myself in the future if I miss out on it now when it's available.

If you do end up getting a ucs Xwing, see about trying to get yourself one of these R2-D2 polybags when they're available. The minifig scale R2-D2 that comes with the Xwing is way too small compared to the set and it looks hilariously out of proportion when seated inside. I figure the 4x4 printed dome piece that comes in the polybag will look much better in its place.

Yeah I thought about getting it. Also, the 10240 has the same issue with the engines' sizes as the 7191 had so I'm currenty waiting for bricklinked parts to change them according to a mod from eurobricks.

Thats because Lego City is a lego "theme" - thing for action and playing. So it has characters and situations that keep happening.
And what is not more fitting to the City than fire, crimes or some demolition.

Creator on the other hand - for oldfags that have family so they can buy an expensive modular and build it after exausting job, dreaming about "perfect city" and "cute interiour"

I love modulars so much. And in my Lego world they are the most fun places filled with crime fighters and villains of all kinds.

Exactly the point I was making. A Lego modular police station would be cool (in the vein of the fire station) but it wouldn't need to have a stupid little helicopter on the roof and holding cells and squad cars/bikes.

Aside from the set that came with the Mungus big figure, the tribe packs were the only Chima product I bought. The ice zombies were good (the concept art was great), but the rest of the Fire & Ice theme didn't do anything for me. I missed out on those awesome arachnid villains.

I have them opened, looking at the pieces list now.
The desert racer has the offroad branded tires and two mudguards, which are useful.
Red hasn't got anything interesting
Blue has the curved mudguards.

Now that I think about it, it doesn't really matter for five crowns, and I'd need at least four of them to make a difference.
Gonna pick the blue one probably.

Sometimes the lego store or online lego shop gives away polybags with a purchase. You can also find them at stores like target or walmart, but it's kinda random. If you just want a specific bag, check bricklink.

75078 comes with 4 Stormtroopers with newer helmet/body prints, assuming you can find some somewhere.
75134 has two "battle-damaged" Stormtroopers with jetpacks, a red-tinted one, and an officer.
75103 is a bigger set that comes with quite a few troops for variety. Also makes for a nice "central" unit as it's a dropship/carrier.

People sell the original boxes on bricklink. You should buy up a bunch of cheep Friends boxes and just leave a few out at a time to mess with her. Fill them with bricks or rocks for a better effect.
