The site clearly states 1/26. That means that it is more than 30% smaller than 1/18 at true scale. Given that most accessories and vehicles are oversized, that means you'd be buying something that couldn't go with any other playset you had. Shame really, would have been a nice home for Spidey in my collection

You wouldn't be able to match the furniture perfectly but yes, this could probably even be built 1/12 with doll house hobby stuff. All that wall trim definitely can be had in 1/12.

Even though Hobby Lobby is run by dumbass Christians, the store itself is just Michaels with slightly different stuff (for example, more scale furniture.) Also, I don't know how common this is, but here Hobby Lobby is significantly closer.
