>>6247879The crane/ladder transformation is an area where Inferno is superior. On Inferno, the entire ladder folds up nicely and snuggly stuffs entirely into Inferno's torso with virtually no kibble.
Grapple's Crane, on the other hand, splits in half so only the tip of the crane folds into his torso leaving a lot of empty space in his torso and a beavertail of panels hanging off his ass (more on that in a bit by the way), while the base of the crane splits off onto the back of his legs.
It's still an interesting and impressive transformation, but the fact that the end result didn't manage to be as clean as Inferno's is disappointing.
Also he can only transform with the hook. The bucket and claw not only don't fit into his chest, but lack an extra joint present on the hook piece that's necessary for transformation. Not a big deal to me but it would have been cool if he could transform with any attachment.
>>6247883It might just be because yellow/orange paints tend to look pretty bad in general. I'm not sure if "thin" is how to describe it.
And yeah, the piston has a tiny ratchet joint in it that means fucking business.
