>>6278322Alright, this is a little complicated.
So, there's a Mexican street food called elotes (literally "corn") which is served on the cob with cheese, chili powder, butter, and sometimes mayo and lime juice. Shit is absolutely delicious, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Someone took the elote concept and started making "Tostielotes," where you cut open a snack-size bag of Tostitos tortilla chips sideways, then dump all the elote fillings (including corn cut off the cob) into the bag. It's kind of like a Mexican Frito pie, I've had it once and it's pretty good, I mean at the core of it it's basically just esquites with tortilla chips added.
NOW we get to the video. It seems to basically be a Tostielote, except she has subbed in Doritos for Tostitos, and puzzlingly, added instant ramen noodles to the center. I also don't exactly get why she added a spoonful of the corn liquid at the end, seems like it would increase sogginess tenfold. But all the condiments she adds are basically what I mentioned in the elote part of this post.
tl;dr: it looks insane, but it's a fairly sound concept aside from the ramen noodles and corn liquid.
