But a smaller portion of those are, infact false flags and we end up just denying price changes due to customer tampering, its helpful when the guy that's filled the shelf is nearby to confirm things since by the time we check cctw we could of done more important things, like actually working.
Its why I added "if you wish", its more self satisfaction since staff themselves need to confirm, and you never know if they end up fixing up the display themselves and say nothing they said is true (done that before to some loud prick who wouldn't stop cursing towards the younger staff, but I have encountered it myself, some places you can't trust these days, not that I accuse outright I just follow them down the aisle and keep smiling while having a friendly chat to let them know I'm watching at least)
