Have I got a story for you anons.
Back in early April, I ordered about $50 worth of klocki from a guy in New Jersey via the ol' cracklink. He had a few X-Pod containers in the color I was looking for, which I purchased. He also had a trans-red one for 25 cents that I didn't have in my cart the first time. I guess I didn't notice it browsing, but long story short, I saw it in his store after I had placed the order. I messaged him and asked if I still had time to place a second order before he packed the first one, but he messaged me back and told me not to worry about it and that he would just throw the red X-Pod in for free. Like, super-nice.
Fast-forward a week or so, and I get my package in the mail, but it's missing a few pieces (total value paid for missing pieces: 24 cents) and there are a couple of extra pieces as well. All the X-Pods are there, though.
At first I thought maybe I should just let it go, but I figured he should know about it, so I mark the order received, message him, and tell him that he missed the following parts, and also included these other following parts so he can correct his inventory. I told him he could ship it in the cheapest envelope possible. He apologized, said he would, and then messaged me a couple days later with essentially the same message but also said he couldn't remember if he had already contacted me and that he would refund me some money "for your trouble". I figured it would be the cost of the absent parts, which made me feel a little guilty at his generosity.
About two weeks later, I message him asking if he had a tracking number, but literally ten minutes later the mail lady shows up with the rest of it. He sends me the tracking number, I tell him it's all good and give him positive feedback, and go about my day.
Today I find out that he refunded me ten bucks.
