The old playmates Star Trek figures were god tier when I was a kid. I haven't collected these since then but have quite a collection and also a couple playsets. The TNG trsnsporter kicked ass.

I got most of the TNG crew at a local antique store for 5 bucks each. Pretty neat little figs to be honest, not the most detailed or articulated, but to be real there really isn't any Star Trek lines that fit that description.

The playmates line is epic. There were several playsets and little dioramas they made for TNG. I have the engineering playset and the transporter. I might one day track down the bridge, because you can connect the engineering set to it. They also made tons of characters. There will probably never be a Star Trek line with this many playsets and ships and characters and scene specific outfits and loads of accessories.

Opened in a box would be ideal since they came with demo batteries and they've probably leaked in sealed ones.

Also even if I do find one at like $150 boxed, the Voyager is kind of notorious for motor failure which makes me hesitant to pay that kind of money for something that might already be broken or break as soon as I try to operate it. That's kinda why I'm still hoping for a DST one.

It's completely worth it. I doubt you'll ever get new TNG playsets ever again, nor the variety of characters or accessories that this line had. They also made figures from every show through Voyager and from some of the movies that were all in scale and compatible.

Can we get a pic of her next to TNG Borgs? I've been wanting her and Borg Seven of Nine but I'm not sure if it's the same scale or if they're those slightly larger figures they made toward the end.

I just started collecting this line about a year ago, they are dirt cheap right now. Stores consider them a hassle to keep in stock (along with Tick figures) but this cycle happens quite often. I remember about 14 years ago Filmation and Real Ghostbusters, NA He-man, Cops n Crooks, knock-off MOTU, were $5-$10 ea carded. It's a good time to get into these IMO.

It's bittersweet outside of TNG though. So many crucial DS9 characters were never made since the line started to decline after the first few seasons.

I had the Klingon Bird-of-Prey and the larger Enterprise-D. The smaller ships were nothing special, the one I had was hard to play with because the interior was just too cramped. The Enterprise, because it was so much bigger, was a lot more fun. Had a full bridge and captain's quarters and I think a brig. Also a mini shuttlecraft you could launch from the rear. It was probably comparable to Action Fleet stuff, but the little ones were only good as ships to swoosh around.
