>>6326652Guy bitching about Gravity Builder here. I still find issue with a lot of his flaws, but his combined mode is, for the most part, probably an 8/10, vehicles 10/10, and robots 7/10. For the most part I like his gestalt iteration, from a looks & posability perspective it's a massive 10/10, and the arms are more than sturdy enough to hold his club/gun at any angle... but those legs, fuckin' hell. I know managing to make those things into feet can't be easy, but it's not very well done, and the issues with the thighs not having forward/back ratchets can really add to the pain. It forces him into a limited set of poses, and you BETTER make damn well sure he's standing in a stable iteration by poking him forward or back - otherwise he's gonna slide on his face or ass when you're not looking.
Goddamn do I love his look though. I like all their looks, and most of their robot forms are pretty great, just 1-2 are pitiful from a posing / balance perspective, and that number changes depending on if you keep the power generators hooked up like jetpacks.
I guess I just got overhyped based on all the discussion over it and comparing it to Toyworld's iteration, and while it's no Feral Rex, it's still relatively damn solid, and the most important thing is that it looks fuckin' nice. Pic related (ignore the abortion of a lego creation behind it). Some of my irritation might have been trying to pose him on a smooth surface - putting him on something like in the picture made his legs far more sturdy and not want to do the splits.
