And that was back in the good ol' days of the 90's where KB Toys sold new stuff 125~150% above MSRP. That figure should be around $5~6 at a regular store.
Of course nobody bought figures at such an "outrageous" price and unsold figures were regularly clearanced out to dirt cheap prices. The late 90's to early 2000's were the heyday of ultra cheap and obscure figures to be had at KB.
Now, $9 for a TMNT figure is considered cheap these days.
