I dont think figma would be capable of making a Ganon, but I could see them making a Ganondorf. I do not believe there are any Ganon-type-shaped figmas in existence.

I wish they could have done a cloth front part of the dress like Figma Index had, but maybe that would have also sucked like the system they came up with instead. Zelda is really nice anyway, and Link is (obviously) even better. It was really nice of them to throw in two stands with the DX version.

Did anyone get non-DX Link, and, if so, why?

Yeah, I got the DX version because I like accessories in general, but honestly it's hard to care about a lot of his. Now that I own them, I'm blown away by how much he came with, but it really doesn't feel like half of them are sort of, I dunno, too specific to really use in most displays? Like the ball and chain is awesome and all, but I don't really recall it being very useful aside from a certain level in the game. I guess maybe I'm just salty that they passed up the opportunity to give us a little Midna figurine as an accessory.

I don't know what I expected asking about people not buying the DX, but this got weird.

I really just thought it was odd to even make a non-DX for like $8 cheaper than the one that comes with like 10 more accessories and an extra stand. I mean, I definitely understand with something like Deadpool where it costs 50% more, but I'd pay $8 more for just the bow with Link.

They went with a design that lets him cross his arms in front of his chest, kind of what Kaiyodo has been going for with the Marvel Revoltechs but it doesn't leave him looking ridiculous in a standing pose (not that that matters if you have him posed like you would a Revoltech).

I don't know all the technical terms. Here's a pic that hopefully shows off how it works pretty well.

Keep your panties on and learn to take critisism. Its FAR too busy. Its one thing if you want to make a cool display, its another if you crowd it with random toys. A good display is one that takes time thought and effort into it, and knows how to utilize space. There is no space here, its like he just put a new toy in every time he bought one with no regard for the order or functionality, as well as visibility.

Never said its a bad display, it is however cluttered, and ugly. Plain and simple, and it could be a lot better if worked on.

How about, I don't know, using a little charm in your criticism? Even if you don't care to offer specific advice other than being a busy display, you could have easily made that point in a much nicer way - for example simply saying "I think this display could improve a lot if you cleaned it up a good deal, it seems rather busy" - then the collector and other readers might actually view your post as constructive criticism rather than an insulting jab.

It's not hard to understand that and kind of defense you give will surely show your stubbornness and delusion.

Medicos nailed it with the SAS Sticky Fingers. It comes with an alternate arm that's uncoiled like the ARMS arms, so they made that arm out of soft, kinda floppy plastic and included several clear acrylic rods of different lengths and angles. You weave one of the rods inside the spring, plug it in to holes at the wrist and elbow (would be shoulder for ARMS characters), and it holds the arm together like that. The different rods let you change how far the arm has sprung out, or make it move in a curve.

There's a musical Zelda Chest made for Link Between Worlds. It's made to hold 3DS carts, but it's hollow, so you can put in whatever your really want.

There's also a Zelda Dungeon-Key key chain that's roughly 1/12 scale being sold by Fan Gamer.

I made the big mistake of getting a ALBW DX bootleg just for the accessories. They used the brown joint for the boots wherever it would fit and it was missing the back half of its hat and hair. Also, the peg holes for the joints somehow shrank during the bootlegging process, so all the joints had gaps between them where the peg of the joint wouldn't slot into the limb all the way.

The accessories were all really high quality, bizarrely enough.

Granted this was when the DX was going for rape scalper prices, many moons ago.

tl;dr: Don't do it, the bootlegs are an absolute waste of money with 0 salvage potential.

Yeah Ganon is never happening within the Figma line. They only know how to make humanoids with slim builds.

Finally was able to pick my Link and Zelda up from the post office, had to run home and back with a piece of mail with my name on it before they would let me pick it up, even though that wasn't written anywhere on the "we missed u here's how you pick it up" slip.

I wish they'd do a Figma Midna to go with the other TP figmas. And also to please my dick.

I loved the ball and chain in the game, so I was actually super excited to see it in the DX version. Such a different weapon/tool for a traditional sword n' shield hero. Plus the clawshot was always the coolest looking hookshot.

I said it felt off-model earlier, but it doesn't look bad or anything. I just usually think of FRLG Red having the magenta-red hue. I'd say the Smash Bros one is most faithful to the game's art. (Both in terms of coloration and proportion)

That arm canon needs some color changing LED's in figure form man.
I'd prefer a SHF or a vulcanlog, but shit I'd take a third figma.

A guy on FA by the name of po1822 made a figure of her and hoped to mass produce it, but I guess from what I read is the sales at the event he went to in Japan wasnt the greatest, but hopes to improve and I think possibly do it again. Pic related wasnt the final but that's how he had it going, he started it off completely naked before moving on the next stage. You can see it in his gallery.

What you might want to do if you're really wanting an official figure of Krystal is to show interest in it. I once asked Jakks about it awhile back and got a response that they might consider such a thing. It wasnt just Krystal I asked about, but also Wolf and the rest too since an Assault set would be needed to make them. Not only would showing interest to them might help, but showing the same interest to Nintendo may help also, it might even lead to getting an Amiibo.

Figma is making the Prime 3 version of the suit, right? Yeah, I'm not super into the new Samus Returns suit. It's definitely an improvement over Other M's suit, but the helmet's visor is wack and the shoulders are fuckhuge like Prime 1's.

Vulcanlog/Game Classics pls. They'd do the suit the most justice. I'd also take a SHF but like hell that'll happen.

But in plastic it does feel whimpy, so I do agree there.
The articulation and quality comes with it's age more then anything, can't really blame a figure for the state of the industry back then.
Though if they went for like 30$ or so still I'd grab another one just to mod it and give it better articulation in a heartbeat.
