Look here, cucklefuck.
I love transformers, and I have since I was a kid. I buy some of the toys now and again, even a few that are probably a little more than I should, because I have bills which come first.
But I draw the line at spending $150 on a single figure. Call me cheap, a poorfag or chide me with "you're in the wrong hobby," but there's just a line in the sand where I can not reasonably justify the amount of money being asked for a useless fucking toy, no matter how fancy or exclusive it is. (And in this case, it's still just cheaply made plastic.)
If you're rich or privileged enough to buy whatever you want, whenever you want, good for you. I make a comfortable salary, but I work for a living, so I know the value of money, and I can't make myself get THAT invested in the hobby. Just like there are people who buy $150 sneakers or $150 handbags or $150 dinners, I can't bring myself to spend that much money on something so frivolous. I'd get much more enjoyment out of $150 worth of smaller TF purchases spread out over a year than one import MP.
