You should try it out, and clear coat it obviously to eliminate tackiness. good thing is any paint stripping method will be able to get it off of flexible parts should you fuck up.
>>6453789It's not much of an issue if you do thin layers(even with the normal variant), once it dries out completely its tough. And even tougher with any acrylic sealer or primer over it.
Hence why i bought hard coat- just seems to be tougher somehow. since its just filling the pores and smoothing the rough surface it works (especially for shapeways WSF)- its no epoxy substitute, I use two part putty if i have to add any features. and I DEFINITELY wouldnt use mod podge on injection-molded figures.
its not about the finish itself being soft or hard, another good thing about the podge is wet sanding softens the top layer so that you can smooth the excess off some surfaces and smear it to level other areas of the surface. it loses that property once you primer or clear coat it tho.
