Three is just a green alien with a light saber, not a weird ass samurai cyborg.
My favorite are the two costumes from Soul Calibur 3 >>6401101 >>6401105 and Tekken Tag Tournament 2 >>6401119
Though I also like 7 a lot because of octopus theme, even though SC3 did it much better.

A good way to appreciate the TTT2 design is looking at the Kotobukiya statue.

What he's literally a weird ass samurai cyborg in 3. That's the most that he ever looks like that. In later versions he just looks like a regular samurai or some squid alien.
