Is there any way I can salvage this by myself if I buy it? Does anyone know someone who can make alternate heads? What about the cape? Can I find a custom one with wire? Is it too much of a hassle /toy/?

The only thing wrong with it is the cape. It's too high on his neck and gives him a hunch back when the cape is basically flat on his shoulders in the manga
