I ordered the Bokkoku varient within 1 day of the March openning.

Received a notice of shipping May 31, with no tracking number.

Still nothing showing up.

Any Anons get their Kugutu from the openning order?

Got mine last week, damn thing fell apart as soon as I took it out of the box. STILL waiting for a response from customer service.

Their customer service, and in general the way they deal with customers is really weird. They seem amazing sometimes, when for some other things they're really bad.
What broke in your case? First time l hear about one of their figures falling apart, I'm confident you'll get a replacement.
Maybe try contacting them on their facebook page too.

It turns out, USPS received the package June 2, but it never left Chicago, IL.

I must get in touch with them.

It's an awesome piece of figure, and it's not cheap, you deserve to get it.

Even if they smashed the box, it's actually very sturdy, and the figure itself is inside some kind of soft...foam? Anyway, it's very well protected.

God, I left Italy with huge hate for our mailing service (it can get really ridiculous) but I see shit happens in the US too uh.

Japan on the other hand is spoiling me with how good the mailing service is here.
