>>6536466I mean for barrel work you'd want to replace the stock barrels with 1/2" cpvc or brass (I forget the size for brass. It's like 17/32 or something). Large off brand markers work well too but all of these options are gonna be expensive and/or a lot of work. Replacing the barrels (the things that hold the darts) would help squeeze a lot more power out of that x shot blaster.
Anyway, the speed drum can take k26. I got some in mine. The only issue with it now is I need to get stronger catch springs.
>>6536864Longstrike is poopoo but the longshot can take just about anything you put in it provided you don't forget that the thing is made of plastic and try to intentionally break it.
Look at Worker and Orange Modwork kits. The longshot has been the work horse of the modding community for so long you can just google it for all the guides and drop in kits you could dream of.
Havok Fire however is weird. It's a reprint of the Vulcan from 2000-something and is one of the few electronic spring powered blasters. Fortunately I know a guy that modded one. What he did was forgo spring upgrades and went straight into motor and voltage upgrades to make it puke up darts like a drunk fratboy who was trying to show off to a 10/10 cheerleader. He then put in an afterburner (a set of flywheels) inside the barrel to make up for the piss poor range.
He sewed a bunch of belts together and now he has modded stryfe ranges on a 200 round blaster that can burn all its ammo in half a minute.
Lots of work ahead of you if you do that tho.
