Its already announced, it looks hella good, even have paint that reacts to black light so it will look like its in space with tons of windows lights here and there.

it shouldn't , but that will all depend on what plastic they used. Arcadia use good plastic , I haven't seen any of their stuff get yellow yet.

Yeah, after the fold from Earth to Pluto the fold drive disappeared and it was incorporated into the conduits between the engines and the main gun so they had to realign the ship so that they could bridge the gap. Also, it looks fucking neato.

They also never explain the humanoid shape. They have to reconfigure to reroute power but the show never really deals with the fact that makes the Macross look like a giant person.

Right? Especially since it wouldn't have had "arms" in its original build since the carriers were grafted on later. Pretty sure it was just a cool looking design that they gave us just enough of an explanation for and then moved on.

Yes they do, they explain how they grabbed the transforming technology from the crashed alien cruiser that becomes the sdf1, it transforming is due to that technology, they didn't even initially realize it was there until they needed it. Did you even watch Macross?

It's long been rumored that one of the 5 moulds arcadia bought from the defunct yamato was the 1:3000 sdf-1. It was a matter of when not if.
