Check out Cobra Commander in that booth seat. His head is just over the head rest for the seat he's in, despite him slouching and not sitting up straight.

Note how his knees reach the table and how he has to spread his legs because they don't fit under there. Note the counter on how it's crotch height, like a children's desk. A real counter is above waist height, about where your belly button... at least, in first world nations where people are taller than average.
