Not sure how to feel about this. It's like Small Soldiers except the Grossery Gang characters look more threatening than the Clean Team.

Is this line just a re-branding of the Trash Pack toyline from a few years back? I saw some at Target and they even seem to share the same garbage pail tin and plastic canisters as the Trash Pack line.

Mind you the action figures in this thread alone make the Grossery Gang look like a huge improvement.

The Grossery Gang is a re-branding of the Trash pack, they're made by the same company. These action figures and the blind bag trash cans are wave 3 of Grossery Gang and seem closer to what Trash Pack used to be, the first two waves had more of a focus on food items and were more like gross squishy shopkins.

Managed to pick up all of them save the 3 stragglers in one go. Vac Attack's the weakest as a toy goes, all the others come with a weapon/mount for their smaller versions and for whatever reason his smaller self is hard plastic(though the paint's nice). Looking forwards to the Fry set, not sure if I'll pick up the blow fly or banana. Hope they keep this series going and put out another playset like the storefront one, it's a perfect minimart dio for 1/18 figs. Also picked up the street sweeper, though until these guys came out I only had one or two of the soft kind it can catch.

I'll probably just be grabbing fungus fries when he shows up too. May get a dupe and make a "clean" version as I was more interested with sentient food.

I do like some of the small guys but it's extremely easy to get dupes with the multi packs.

Still no sightings of the revision wave. I didn't realize the small figurine guys also had revision waves, so certain characters or recolors don't show up until later. I got bored and started collecting Clean Team guys.

I got into the figurines after buying the big figures, they make great strange props if you turn most of them around. Also a lot of them are cute in a derpy way.

I'm hoping they continue the action figures, they're selling out quickly everywhere.

I found the whole set yesterday at a Target while I was out hunting. An employee told me they had 6 in stock in a location in my county so I took the drive and it was worth it, they had one fresh case of all 6. Haven't felt this way since I was a kid. Was pretty fun but I'm almost sad I got the last 4 I needed at once.

Anyone have any idea when the last three are coming out? I feel like this is a good line to vote with my wallet.

Could it be the plague of soulless 2000's toys is finally coming to an end and the 80's and 90's aesthetics are making a comeback?

I didn't realize their series were split into two waves until someone told me which explained why I kept running into dupe Clean Team guys from the 2 pack trash cans easily.

Most stores are sold out of the Putrid Power figures, so I'm hoping the second wave gets restocked.

Good news everyone it appears Toys R Us made online listing for the wave 2 Putrid Power figures and someone is selling them on ebay as well. Looks like we'll be getting the rest of the series soon.

I hope they make more characters next year.

Hopefully. I'm not quite sure what the revision wave assortment is.

Fungus Fries is pretty cool, I love his grease strainer. Squished Banana is better than expected.The pink slime near his mouth looks like smeared lipstick though. I was debating about taking the paint off like I did with the mold on Grub Sub's cheeks.

The gimmick for the squishy mini line is that all the Clean Team minis are made of harder plastic than the squishy Grossery Gang/Trash Pack etc. I believe they're all metallic painted too to help sell the whole "clean" theme. I personally find that a plus because I've never been a fan of that style of minifigure that's soft and squishy.
