Had one as a kid. We just called it the "fishing game." There are a lot of different versions now.

They sell em for 2 bucks at the CVS by my house as well as the local grocery store. I used to play that fishing game when we went camping, but I always liked this more, my aunt had a bunch of different versions of it.
