I just got into ThreeA but they're WAY out of my price range, I've never spent more than $60 on a figure. However, on eBay I'll regularly see bodies and heads and parts for (relatively) wayyy cheap.

Depending on the complexity of the outfit, would it be more cost effective to build one from the ground up? And would that affect the aesthetic at all, like is skin color difference between characters that noticeable?
