4inchNel Rock is the most model-accurate and scales well with other 1/12 figures.
D-Arts Rock is widely regarded as the least desirable now, but he's good if you like the art style from later games or want to do a display with Rush or Forte.
The Kotobukiya kit is also nice if you want Roll and Blues as well, but you have to put in some work to make it look nice and it's a little big so it scales for shit with anything else.
D-Arts X has the best scale for 1/12, since the 4inchNel one is too short compared to the other releases; also has more accessories and options for variants as well as Zero to go with, but some are expensive since D-Arts is dead.
Trueforce X is genuinely one of the most solid and well-engineered figures I've owned, but his height and stylization can be kind of off-putting next to other figures.
